Hello, This is the Silkworm Diaries

If you follow me on Instagram, you know that I've recently dipped my toe into small-scale silkworm farming.
I've had such an enthusiastic response to this little passion project.

Truly, thinking about it gives me a warm glow inside. I'm here to say "THANK YOU!" and to tell you your encouragement has given me the courage to take another step into something scary and new.

I am creating a new blog and I'm calling it, "Silkworm Diaries."

Silkworm Diaries will give me a chance to go in-depth about the fascinating things I am learning about silkworms and, more importantly, the many things they are teaching me.

In addition, my blog will be a space where we can have a conversation about sustainability in the quilting and hand-stitch industries.
After all, my desire to craft more sustainably is what led me to build a relationship with these amazing little creatures.
